Meet the Team
Sonia Leeyou: Managing Director (BA (Hons), MSc, PGCHE, FHEA)
Sonia Leeyou is the Course Director at London Southbank University, she has 
been teaching for 15 years teaching experience within housing law, social 
policy and management. Prior to embarking on an educational career, Sonia
has extensive experience providing legal advice in terms homelessness,
tenancy matters, disrepairs. Sonia undertakes a range of consultancy work
within the social housing sector, where she devises bespoke courses and 
has also delivered in-house training for a number of organisations in the
social housing sector such as A2 Dominion, Notting Hill Housing Trust, East Thames Housing Association, and St Mungo’s homeless charity.  

Tristan Callaghan: Managing Director (BA; MA; PGCE; MCIPD; MCMI)
Tristan has 17 years' senior experience in HR and Equalities across a range
of sectors, and over 10 years' teaching experience on CIPD; CMI and CIH
programmes. Tristan is a professional in Human Resource Management /
Strategic Management with a fundamental interest in meeting business
strategic needs. He has significant experience of providing generic HR
advice at all levels of an organisation. Tristan delivers Chartered Institute of 
Personnel & Development (CIPD) courses with  Acacia Learning
Maggie O’Neill (BA Hons, MA, PGCE)
Maggie has 10 years’ experience in Further and Higher Education, teaching a
range of subjects, including management, project management, finance and
economics up to Masters level. Before embarking on a teaching career,
Maggie worked as a manager for 20 years in the private sector at the
International Division of Barclays Bank Plc.

Errol Brown (BSc (Hons), MRICS)
Errol is a Chartered Surveyor and Director of surveying in private
surveying  practice. He has been a surveyor for 25 years. During this time
Errol has worked for social housing organisations for 15 years and the
private sector for 10 years. He has been a visiting lecturer at Hammersmith
and West London college for 5 years and an Assessor of Professional
Competence (APC) for the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) for
9 years. This role encompassed providing guidance to candidates who are
undertaken their RICS final assessments
David Bell (BSc Hons, MA, PGCE, MCIM)
David has over 15 years experience of teaching and course management in
HE/FE with specialisms in the area of Marketing, Customer Service and
Strategy. As well as teaching/consultancy work David is the Founder Director
of fresh juice business Krunch+Press which offers “Pop-Up” and mobile juice
bar solutions to clients that include Transport for London and Enjoy Work -
Chiswick Park.
